Last updated: 11 July 2026
These terms govern your use of mahamediacc.com (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, you accept these terms. If you go on to become a client, the Client Terms govern that separate engagement and take precedence for any conflict relating to paid work.
1. Who runs this site
This Site is operated by Maha Media CC, a UK-based sole-trader creative practice ("Maha Media CC", "I", "me"). Contact: admin@mahamediacc.com.
2. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site — including but not limited to text, portfolio images, video clips, illustrations, book cover designs, layout and design — is either owned by Maha Media CC or used with the relevant permission (for example, client work shown with the client's consent). You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute any content from this Site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Portfolio pieces showcased on the Work page remain the intellectual property of Maha Media CC and/or the relevant client, as agreed on a project-by-project basis. Where a client requests confidentiality, work is not shown publicly.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this Site in a way that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
- Attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system
- Introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Scrapes or harvests data from the Site (including the contact form) for unsolicited marketing
4. No warranties
This Site is provided "as is". While I take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, I make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional, financial, or legal advice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maha Media CC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
6. Third-party links
This Site links to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) for convenience. I am not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
7. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
