Cookie Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're commonly used to make websites work, remember preferences, or gather usage statistics. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels.
2. What this website actually uses
As of the date above, mahamediacc.com does not set any cookies, does not use local/session storage to track you, and does not run any third-party analytics, advertising, or social media tracking scripts. Every interactive feature on this site (the custom cursor, scroll animations, portfolio filtering, the category slider) runs entirely in your browser using plain JavaScript and does not send data anywhere or persist anything on your device.
The only data this site transmits is what you actively type into the contact form and choose to submit — see the Privacy Policy for how that's handled.
3. If this changes
If I later add tools that do use cookies — for example, website analytics to understand which pages are useful, or an embedded video/social player that sets its own cookies — this policy will be updated first, and under UK PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) rules, any non-essential cookies will only be set with your consent via a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies (ones required for the site to function, such as a security or load-balancing cookie) don't require consent but will still be listed here for transparency.
4. Third-party links
This site links out to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn). Once you click through to those platforms, their own cookie and privacy policies apply — this policy only covers mahamediacc.com itself.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Even though this site doesn't currently set cookies, you can control or delete cookies for any website at any time through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
6. Questions
